Return Policy

Returns for Defective Items Only

We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect item ordered

  • Size, color, or preference issues

Reporting a Defect

If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect

Resolution Options

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (preferred), or

  • Refund (if replacement is not available)

Return Requirements

If a return is required:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging (unless damaged in transit)

  • You must receive return authorization before sending anything back

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

Shipping

  • If the item is confirmed defective, we will cover return shipping costs

  • If no defect is found, return shipping may be denied or deducted from any refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
