Returns for Defective Items Only
We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect item ordered
Size, color, or preference issues
Reporting a Defect
If you receive a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or video clearly showing the defect

Resolution Options
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:
Replacement (preferred), or
Refund (if replacement is not available)
Return Requirements
If a return is required:
Item must be unused and in original packaging (unless damaged in transit)
You must receive return authorization before sending anything back
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
Shipping
If the item is confirmed defective, we will cover return shipping costs
If no defect is found, return shipping may be denied or deducted from any refund
Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
